Deposit & Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT
A three-night deposit is required to guarantee reservations. The deposit is applied to the first and last two nights of the confirmed reservation.
CANCELLATION
Please make note of your reservation dates and inform us of any discrepancies immediately. Due to our intimate size and seasonality, late cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

The cancellation period for high season is four weeks prior to arrival and two weeks for the rest of the year. Your deposit will be withheld if cancellation is received within the period set out above. The same is true for stays which are shortened, no shows or early check outs. In the case of early check out, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled night of a confirmed reservation.

PACKAGES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Packages and Promotional Offers require a 50% deposit upon confirmation and the balance 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Unused package features are non-refundable or exchangeable.
